"Swampert" is a dual-type Water/Ground Pokémon introduced in Generation III. Swamperts are known to have an inert ability to predict storms, via sensing subtle changes and differences in tidal winds and waves. With its powerful eyesight and great physical strength, it allows them to see through murky waters and pull out enough force equivalent to a boulder in weight.
