"Phantom Balloon Boy" is a Phantom variant of Balloon Boy from the game Five Nights at Freddy's 3, part of the Phantom versions of some animatronics. This spectre appears in the camera views in various points of Fazbear's Fright: The Horror Attraction, before it will appear in front of you and opens its unnaturally wide mouth. He first appeared in FNaF Hunger Games simulation (UCN Hunger Games).
