"Peketo" is a character from the M.U.G.E.N creation The Black Heart. A ghost of an insane occult child with an obsession of red, Peketo creates a portal that sends him to the other world, and returns with disturbing obsession with red, the only color visible in that world. After killing countless of people just to see red, Peketo was murdered in vengeance but returned as a ghost to seek a power to travel to the other world. first appears in Randomized Hunger Games IV.
