"Nightmare Balloon Boy" is a Nightmare variant of Balloon Boy from the game Five Nights at Freddy's 4, part of the Nightmare versions of some animatronics. He takes place of Plushtrap in some minigames throughout the game, aptly named as "Fun With Balloon Boy". He first appears in FNaF Hunger Games simulation (Forgotten Characters).
