"Milk Chan" is the main character of the anime Super Milk Chan. An infantile little girl with a foul mouth and short-tempered personality, Milk Chan likes to torture and meddle both the President and Tetsuko. Though she still behaviors similar to a baby girl such as drinking milk, she has her own agendas and actively defies the President. She first appears in Randomized Hunger Games II.
