"Lugia" is a dual-type Psychic/Flying Pokémon introduced in Generation II. It also a Legendary Pokémon, serving as a member of the "Tower Duo". Representing as the "Guardian of the Seas", Lugia serves as the middle ground and lord over the Legendary birds, being capable of quelling their ceaseless fighting. It is also one of the very few Legendary Pokémon that can have offspring. They first appear in Pokemon Hunger Games Simulator with Jimmy!.
