"Hogarth "Hoagie" Pennywhistle Gilligan Jr.", codename "Numbuh 2", is a major character and one of the five main characters in Codename: Kids Next Door. Gifted with skills and mechanic skills of 2x4 technology, Numbuh 2 serves as Sector V's main mechanist, building various tools for his team. His own lack of fighting skills and his bumbling nature makes him sort of a comic relief to the sector. He first appears in HGSS20.
