"Foxxy Cleopatra" is a major character from the film Austin Powers in Goldmember. A secret agent who is a parody of the blaxploitation movie heroines, Foxxy is sultry, sexy and "a whole lotta woman", being around since 1967. Foxxy is also an old flame of Austin Powers and seeks to find the Goldmember for killing her partner. She is yet to appear in any Hunger Games Simulator season.
