"Feliciano Vargas", also known as "North Italy", is one of the major characters of the manga Hetalia: Powers Axis. Once the kin of Ancient Rome, Feliciano is a cheerful and energetic yet irresponsible crybaby who does nothing more but daydreaming or wandering off. He enjoys indulging in the food from his country such as pasta, pizza and gelato, and is somewhat infamous of stripping in his siestas. Despite of being weak and timid, he can take on countries single-handedly if he wants to. He is yet to appear in any Hunger Games Simulator season.
