"Cinccino" is a Normal-type Pokémon introduced in Generation V. This Pokémon uses its long fur akin to a scarf, with the fur coated with a special oil that repels enemy attacks and used as a skin treatment. It is said that the fur feels amazing to touch. They first appear in Pokemon Hunger Games Simulator (Season 6).
