"Benny" is a character from the video game Fallout: New Vegas. The head of the Chairmen of New Vegas, he serves as the brains in his schemes to take control of the city. Ambitious, and charming yet highly traitorous, Benny will do anything to get everything that he wants, with his various methods being incredibly sleazy and murderous. He first appears in Randomized Hunger Games IV.
